During the design process, the Organic Gardens team will work with you to understand your specific preferences and needs, and use that information to create a customised garden that perfectly reflects your style and enhances your home.

If you have already commissioned a professional design and now require a team to execute it, we can assist you. Our project managers will collaborate with your designer to thoroughly grasp their design concept, and ensure that we bring your desired style to life.

This includes an emphasis on recycling and only using local materials such as British sourced timber instead of tropical hardwood.

All our planting schemes are bird and bee friendly, we do use artificial fertilisers and we do not use weed killer. Our services also include creating wildlife meadows, green roofs and living walls.

We have been landscaping gardens for years and are happy to share our knowledge. We are available to answer any landscape related questions you may have. Below are answers to those questions we are asked most often.

What areas do you cover?

We provide landscape gardening services to properties across South West London. Our coverage includes Barnes, Esher, Hampton, Kew, Kingston, Molesey, New Malden, Raynes Park, Richmond, Sheen, Sunbury, Surbiton, Teddington, Twickenham, Weybridge and Wimbledon amongst others.

How long do projects take?

The length of time to complete a job always depends on the size of the task. From the outset we will provide an accurate time frame of the work involved. Our landscapers work in teams of three or more, so when a team starts a job, they do not break from the task at hand until it is completed.

How much do you charge?

The cost of your project depends on the size of your space, design complexity and the materials needed. Once we have assessed the work required, we will provide you with a free estimation. The estimate will include both the cost and approximate time scales of the project so you can make an informed decision before proceeding.

What if we are unhappy with results?

If you happen to find fault with our work or see something we have missed from the final plans, then we will make the appropriate corrections. We want all our customers to be satisfied with our landscaping service. Simply provide your feedback and we will see to the changes.

How does your process work?

All projects begin with a consultation process. Tell us what you want to achieve in your garden, we will then provide you with a bespoke plan and an estimate. Once you have made the decision to go ahead, we require a 10% booking fee to schedule the work. Our team will then begin work at the agreed time, then watch Organic Gardens transform your garden.

Do you do commercial landscaping?

We have worked on multiple commercial gardens across West London. These include projects for schools, churches, dentists, the NHS, office blocks and accountants amongst others. We have an extensive team of landscapers which helps if clients require a quick turnaround so landscaping does not affect business activities.

Can we use our own designs?

Absolutely. We work with designers outside our organisation all the time. We even work from drawings and plans created by our customers. Your project manager will take the time to understand exactly what is required so we meet the style of the original concept.

Do you offer maintenance services?

Yes we do. Our monthly garden maintenance service includes grass cutting and edging, lawn care, weeding, planting, strimming, composting, hedge trimming, pruning and mulching amongst others. Our hourly rate is £32.50 +VAT per hour.
